Abstract
The authors report eight patients with primary dural lymphoma (PDL). All patients had extra-axial masses on MRI that diffusely enhanced after gadolinium. Pathology revealed low-grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma (marginal zone lymphoma of MALT [mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue] type) in all patients. All patients underwent radiation therapy, and three received chemotherapy. Complete response was achieved in 100% of patients, but three developed systemic relapse. Keywords
