Graft of ACID-Secretixg Stomach Wall to Renal Pelvis of the Dog

Abstract
In 4 dogs with left hydronephrosis, acid secreting stomach wall was transferred to the renal pelvis. Viability of the graft was achieved by preservation of the blood supply from the gastro-epiploic vessels. In 3 dogs, surviving for 1 year, the pH of the urine was reduced.
