Abstract
The logarithmic singularities, predicted by theory for crystals like TGS, have been found experimentally by many authors. The parameters describing this behaviour are in poor agreement. One of the reasons for this discrepancy may be the different sample quality in these experiments. In this work we want to summarize our results on deformation measurements with respect to their dependence on the defect concentration. Keywords
