Abstract
Fairly large doses of thyreotropic pituitary extract injected into rats for 10 days produced a slight enlargement of the heart and a greater hypertrophy of the thyroid and kidneys. The effect was considerably enhanced by using rats "dye-blocked" with trypan blue. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
