Abstract
Computer modelling of the antithrombin III-heparin-thrombin complex inspired the synthesis of novel glycoconjugates, whose factor Xa and thrombin inhibitory activities can be adjusted in a rational way, leading to anticoagulants with unprecedented characteristics.Keywords
