Abstract
By histochemical and by in vitro chemical methods, it has been shown that the rabbit callus produces large amts. of a mucopolysaccharide which varies in its properties from the early stages of healing through to the ultimate differentiation into fibrous tissues and bony trabeculae.Keywords
