Controllable charge transport in organic spintronics
Abstract
The controllable spin-dependent charge transport in the organic spintronics is theoretically studied with the Su-Schrieffer-Heeger model combined the non-equilibrium Green's function formalism. The formation of polarons in the organic sub-structure is responsible to the conductance switching. The exponential decay of magnetoresistance with bias voltage is qualitatively consistent with the recent experiment. Keywords
