Abstract

I show that the Bobylev-Krook-Wu solution of the Boltzmann equation violates the inequality

{(- \frac{d}{dt})}^{n} H \geq 0

for

n \geq 102

. Thus the conjectured "super-

H

theorem" does not hold.
