Abstract
Necessary and sufficient conditions for robustness of time-varying systems with structured norm-bounded uncertainty are provided. The L/sup infinity / signal norm is used and the conditions are given in terms of the spectral radii of certain matrices obtained from the kernel representation of the time-varying system at hand. The derived conditions are then applied to continuous time linear time-invariant systems and for sampled-data systems. Keywords
