Abstract
São apresentados 25 casos de histoplasmose disseminada em pacientes com SIDA. O envolvimento mucocutâneo estabeleceu o diagnóstico de histoplasmose disseminada em 68% dos casos. Destacamos a importância da histoplasmose como infecção oportunística em paciente HIV positivo.Keywords
