Variation of ground-state-particle strengths for- and-shell nuclei

Abstract
It is shown that when (, ) experimental results are reduced via a distorted-wave Born approximation procedure taking into account the finite size of , the systematic variation in -particle transfer strengths in the to region agrees with recent theoretical strength predictions based on shell-model wave functions.
