Abstract
Methylcyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl (MMT) has been marketed as a combustion improver for fuel oil and turbine fuel. Use concentrations for this purpose are about 0.025 g manganese/gal in fuel oil and 0.08 to 0.5 g/gal in turbine fuels. In addition, it has been used to a small extent in gasoline. Keywords
