Abstract
Nothing is known of the life-history of Erato voluta (Montagu)=Erato lævis (Donovan) and in the following note the larvæ are described for the first time. Erato being very closely related to Trivia, it was to be expected that the larvæ would be somewhat similar, but, although there is here, as in Trivia, an Echinospira larva, the details of its life-history are quite different and the accessory shell when fully developed differs much from that of Trivia. Keywords
