Abstract
The clinical and pathological features of dissecting aneurysms of the aorta are described. It is now known that some cases, if promptly diagnosed, can be relieved by surgery. Radiology is vital in determining the surgical approach. The radiological findings including aortography are discussed. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
