Abstract
Seven infants with urinary ascites caused by obstructive uropathy are reported. The extravasation occurs in the kidneys and produces an opaque halo, best seen in delayed films at excretory urography. The common cause is a posterior urethral valve which forms an obstructive sail-like structure. Keywords
