Abstract
The relationship between variations in employees' task-goal attributes, individual need strengths, and two job attitudes was studied. Job involvement and satisfaction were found to be related to the amount of participation allowed in goal-setting, goal difficulty, and goal specificity; satisfaction was also related to feedback. Neither attitude was related to peer competition. Keywords
