Abstract
As a sequel to a previous work, we study the dynamical susceptibility of an anisotropic superfluid 3He in the A phase in more details. A particular attention is paid to the low field behavior of the transverse susceptibility, where the Larmor frequency becomes smaller than the dipole energy associated with the condensate. It is shown that the dynamical susceptibility develops two distinct resonance poles (for ω > 0) in the low field region. The result is compared with a recent theory by Leggett.
