Abstract
A compact sensor was fabricated by using bulk silicon nitride sintered refractory ceramic which has prevailed in the structural ceramics market because of its high chemical stability and mechanical strength. The response to and is exactly equivalent and in situ total detection in the combustion gas can be realized by this type of sensor. ©1999 The Electrochemical Society
