Abstract
The availability of the TLC–ready-sheet disc test for a screening program on transformation and degradation of secondary plant substances by microorganisms, e.g. fungi, is demonstrated. Examples are given in the groups of alkaloids, steroids, flavonoids and curcuminoids. The method gives also informations on resistance of microorganisms against antimicrobial plant substances, caused by enzymatic degradation. Die Eignung des Folienscheibentests für ein screening–Programm über Transformation und Abbau sekundärer Pflanzenstoffe durch Mikroorganismen, insbesondere Pilze, wird gezeigt. Beispiele werden in den Gruppen der Alkaloide, Steroide, Flavonoide und Curcuminoide gegeben. Zugleich liefert die Methode Anhaltspunkte über Resistenz von Mikroorganismen gegen antimikrobielle Pflanzenstoffe durch deren enzymatischen Abbau.
