Abstract
The reactions to low-lying states have been studied at a bombarding energy of 28 MeV. Relative to the ground states, spectroscopic factors for the first excited and states are about 0.2. These results, and other work, indicate the need for components involving both 2 and 4 -shell holes for these nuclei.
