Abstract
Lower cost and high-throughput printing techniques, such as screen printing, have a great promise in the fabrication of organic light-emitting devices. We investigate the effects of solution viscosity and screen mesh count on the printed layer thickness and device performance. The results also demonstrate, for the first time to our knowledge, the use of screenprinting to deposit ultrathin layers of less than 15 nm with rms surface roughness of less than 1.5 nm.Keywords
