Abstract
A source of readily available material is needed to repair tracheal stenoses when standard techniques cannot be utilized. Composite nasal septal autografts of the trachea were studied in 12 dogs at varying intervals up to 12 months. Results from gross, bronchoscopic, and histologic data have been reported and are encouraging. Two cases utilizing these grafts are presented, using the wedge technique to repair tracheal stenoses. Keywords
