Abstract
A method of preparing permanent sections of tissue for the erythrocyte adherence test using glutaraldehyde fixation and polylysine as the bonding agent is described. This method enables rapid staining with hematoxylin and eosin without loss of indicator erythrocytes. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
