Abstract
We report on a Japanese boy with cto‐palato‐digital syndrome type II, an X‐linked lethal congenital skeletal dysplasia. The clinical, radiological, and histological findings indicate that defective intramembranous ossification may be the principal abnormality responsible for the entity.Keywords
