Abstract
An instrument for measurement of sequences of fluorescence decay curves in terms of their dependence on emission wavelength, time from the start of the experiment and excitation intensity is described. It consists of a commercially available signal analyser MFA-105-C (Centre of Scientific Instruments, Berlin) with an additional step motor driver card, a nitrogen laser-dye laser system for sample excitation and a step-motor-driven monochromator for emission wavelength selection. The instrument is applied to the measurement of the fluorescence of 4-methylumbelliferon (4-MUF) in ethanol-water solvent systems. Keywords
