Abstract
Prophylactic irradiation of the regional nodes following mastectomy for breast carcinoma is a widely accepted practice. It often induces apical pulmonary fibrosis. A case of bronchogenic carcinoma arising in this fibrotic area, and its relationship to such radiotherapy, is discussed. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
