Abstract
Alport's syndrome is a heritable disorder of uncertain aetiology characterized by nephritis, sensorineural deafness and ocular abnormalities. Bilateral corneal epithelial erosions are a previously unreported finding which support the hypothesis that Alport's syndrome is a disorder of selected basement membranes.Keywords
