Abstract
Summary: A patient was successfully treated by surgery, progestogens and chlorambucil for a poorly differentiated cystadenocarcinoma of the ovary. Four of her relatives had died of ovarian cancer; it was ascertained that two of them also had poorly differentiated cystadenocarcinoma.Keywords
