Abstract
The association of a tumor of the cauda equina and hydrocephalus is unusual. We report a case of hydrocephalus with normal pressure associated with an equally rare affliction, a cavernous angioma of the cauda equina, which regressed after surgical ablation. The physiological mechanism involved is discussed.Keywords
