Abstract
Of 389 patients with Down's syndrome, 18 exhibited bifid uvula (4.63%) and 3 exhibited submucous cleft palate (0.77%). The hypothesis that cleft uvula and submucous cleft palate are micromanifestations of the more severe isolated cleft palate seems to be correct. Keywords
