Abstract
Cytomegalovirus is an important cause of morbidity after solid organ transplantation. We report a case of cytomegalovirus infection involving the transplanted ureter that developed after combined pancreas-kidney transplantation. The patient presented with acute renal allograft dysfunction caused by ureteral stricture. Keywords
