Abstract
Pubertal changes occur at a constant rate and in a particular sequence; deviations are indicative of possible menstrual problems. Such problems include precocious puberty, amenorrhea, menstrual irregularity, cramps, and premenstrual tension. Of those patients with menstrual irregularity, 10% to 15% will have chronic conditions requiring lifelong treatment. Keywords
