Abstract
The use of a mandibular compression clamp for internal fixation of the mandible is described in three cases. The clamp was found to provide excellent fixation on two fractured mandibles despite the absence or short-term use of intermaxillary wiring. In one case the clamp slipped when intermaxillary wiring was prematurely removed. Keywords
