Abstract
Reflection and transmission measurements in the range 0.29–2.5 μ are made on “as grown” surfaces of tetracyanoquinodimethan. The data are analyzed by Kramers–Kronig method to yield the optical constants. Optical constants were also calculated from the reflectance measurements at different angles of incidences using Fresnel's equations. The absorption coefficients thus obtained are interpreted in terms of an allowed direct transition which was further verified by transmission measurements. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
