Abstract
Gastric adenocarcinoma was produced in 5 of 69 albino mice by oral administration of N-methyl-N''-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine. Nine other animals that suffered less exposure to this drug presented evidence of typical or atypical hyperplasia, erosion of the mucosa and adenomatous polyp. Intestinal metaplasia was a rare accompanying factor.
