Abstract
Outbreaks of hepatitis E (enterically transmitted non-A, non-B hepatitis) have been reported from Burma, Somalia, the Soviet Union, Africa, Algeria, and Mexico,1 and travelers to these parts of the world are at risk of acquiring hepatitis E. Its clinical manifestations are similar to those of hepatitis A, and its incubation period ranges from three to nine weeks.Keywords
