Abstract
First high-speed all-optical wavelength converter, with monolithically integrated delay loop and high extinction-ratio tuning abilities in a simple configuration with only one semiconductor optical amplifier has been realized and successfully tested for 40 Gbit/s RZ format signals.Keywords
