Giant Condylomata Acuminata of the Penis Associated with Metastatic Carcinoma of the Right Inguinal Lymph Node. Presented by Dr. Charles F. Sims and Dr. John Garb. A. B., a Negro aged 72, a painter, registered at the Skin and Cancer Unit of the New York University-Bellevue Medical Center on Jan. 27, 1949, presenting a massive growth, of one year's duration, on the penis. He gives no history of previous serious illnesses, denies venereal infection and appears to be in good general health. About June 1947 a "blister" appeared on the dorsal surface of the shaft of the penis, for which condition he received three injections of penicillin. Six months later there developed a lesion on the same site, which kept growing rapidly. The patient presents an irregular, cauliflower-like, foul-smelling, erythematous moist growth on the entire shaft of the penis, most pronounced on the left side, measuring 9 cm. in its
