Abstract
Adult individuals of the cave cyprinidCaecobarbus geertsi Boulenger, when placed in a choice-apparatus, show a significant tendency to orient towards the zone in which water from a tank occupied by known conspecifics is introduced. The phenomenon is briefly discussed in relation to the physical features of the subterranean biotopes. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
