Abstract
This article is concerned with the use of computer adventure games for the development of communicative fluency in language learners. The author concentrates on student-centered activities focused on the cooperative learning approach, where the teacher is seen more as a facilitator than as an instructor. The major issue addressed is how an investigation of what makes computer games fun can offer an interesting new light on what will motivate a student to learn. Keywords
