Abstract
An expression is obtained for the rotational-torsional energy levels of a molecule that has two identical co-axial internal rotors, and the effect of introducing a torsional barrier is determined. The statistical weights of the rotational-torsional levels of dimethylacetylene and ferrocene are calculated. Keywords
