Abstract
A 42-year-old man developed acute myocardial infarction 20 minutes following transnasal inhalation of amphetamine. To our knowledge, no cases of amphetamine-induced myocardial infarction by transnasal inhalation have ever been reported. Consequently its pharmacological effects on the cardiovascular system are discussed. Keywords
