Abstract
Hybrid cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies against mammalian neurofilaments have been prepared. An improved protocol for the preparation of neurofilaments and methods for the identification and isolation of such hybridomas are presented. The antibodies produced specifically stain only neuronal cell types in both cerebellar sections and culture. This publication has 21 references indexed in Scilit:
