Abstract
Transfection with ϕ29 DNA is predominantly caused by multimolecular, protease-sensitive aggregates of DNA. A minority of transfecting DNA molecules having properties of unit-length ϕ29 genome molecules show a quadratic dose response in transfection.Keywords
