Abstract
The authors tried to relate the dose of injected 3H-thymidine with the incorporation by secondary trophoblastic giant cells from the 8th to the 11th day of the rat’s pregnancy. It appeared that the labelling of these cells during this period depends on the amount of the labelled compound administered. Employant 3H-thymidine du 8éme au 11éme jour d’enceinte en rates, les auteurs ont cherché la relation des quantités injectées avec l’incorporation par les cellules géantes trophoblastiques secondaires. Il semble qui la marcation de cettes cellules dans de période la est en dépendance de la quantité d’isotope injecté. Verfasser versuchten, durch Gaben von 3H-Thymidin vom 8. bis zum 11. Schwangerschaftstage bei der Ratte die injizierten Mengen mit der Einverleibung durch die sekundären Trophoblastriesenzellen in Zusammenhang zu bringen. Allem Anschein nach hängt die Markierung solcher Zellen in dieser Zeitspanne von der Menge der zugeführten markierten Verbindung ab.Keywords
