Abstract
We have measured with high accuracy the rays from 66-sec , 1.6-min , and 2.6-h . Thirty-seven rays were observed from decay which were incorporated into a level scheme with 17 excited states below 4.9 MeV. Present evidence favors a assignment for the ground state, but the decays to low-lying states are hindered. Additional weak transitions giving rise to new -decay modes were observed from and decays.
