Abstract
The paper by Hossain et al. (2005) suggests that the Bangladesh Integrated Nutrition Project (BINP) budgeted at US$60 million over 5 years was an expensive and ineffective project. While every such large-scale project has faults and can be improved, we would like to clarify several points in the paper.Keywords
