Abstract
The Ca2+-binding constants for trypsin and trypsinogen have been reassessed by using enzyme that has been purified by affinity chromatography and measuring the distribution of 45Ca2+ between the protein and a cation exchanger. The pKCa2+ value of 4.5 for the high-affinity site on trypsin was 1 logarithmic unit greater than that previously reported. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
