Abstract
The Bucher''s method was applied to establish normal ATP values in the spermatozoa of fertile men. The normal value is 6.5 .+-. 0.34 SE .mu.g/108 spermatozoa. Pools of spermatozoa showed that incubation in seminal plasma at room temperature produced a progressive loss of ATP in the gametes. Keywords
