Granuloma Multiforme (Leiker)

Abstract
Granuloma multiforme is a common chronic cutaneous disease of middle aged and elderly people in the Benue Province of Northern Nigeria. Its lesions so closely resemble those of tuberculoid leprosy that it has only recently been recognized as a disease apart. The features of the disease, its geographical distribution and the habits and customs of the people in whom it occurs are described.
